When delivering ready-made software that requires no customisation, or minimal configuration, Intinvfest Limited (the "Company") offers the following simplified delivery procedure.
By generating an invoice through this platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree that delivery of the software will be carried out under the following terms:
The software is deployed on your premises or infrastructure with a temporary usage limit of 5 (five) business days — this constitutes the trial period. You provide the necessary access credentials for deployment.
You conduct customer testing of the software independently during the trial period.
If satisfied, you pay the invoice. This payment constitutes full and final acceptance of the software. Upon receipt of payment, temporary usage restrictions are removed.
If unsatisfied, you do not pay the invoice. Access to the software is terminated after the trial period expires. The delivery is deemed not completed by mutual agreement. No further obligations arise on either side.
Payment Recall & Chargeback Waiver: Payment recall procedures, as well as chargebacks, reversals, and any similar banking or payment procedures are NOT applicable and are expressly waived by the client. Payment following the trial period constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the product.
